The card for the post-Revolution edition of AEW Dynamite is already starting to take shape.
Following the AEW Rampage "go-home" show for Sunday night's Revolution 2022 pay-per-view, Tony Khan took to social media to confirm a TNT Championship match for next Wednesday's edition of Dynamite.
"I had offered a seventh spot in the Face of the Revolution match to 2021 winner Scorpio Sky but instead I just bartered with Dan Lambert," Khan wrote via his official Twitter page on Friday evening. "Scorpio Sky will challenge the winner of tonight’s three-way AEW Rampage TNT title match this Wednesday at Dynamite. Paige VanZant will sign with AEW."
With Sammy Guevara emerging victorious in the triple-threat match for the TNT Championship on Rampage, he will move on to defend his title against Scorpio Sky on the post-Revolution edition of Dynamite next Wednesday night, March 9, 2022.
In a follow-up tweet, Khan addressed the last portion of his statement regarding the AEW status of Women's MMA star Paige VanZant.
"Knowing Dan Lambert I don’t trust him as far as I can throw him, so you won’t see a Paige VanZant is All Elite graphic or any confirmation of an agreement until something is signed," wrote the AEW President. "Because I won’t rely on a Dan Lambert promise."
