Todd Pettengill On His Relationship With Vince McMahon, Kevin Dunn

Former WWE personality Todd Pettengill recently spoke with the guys over at the Two Man Power Trip podcast, and discussed his time in WWE. During his time with the WWE, then known as the WWF, Todd made appearances as the host of studio shows, as well as pay-per-view’s, and even interviewed various superstars along the way.

In his discussion with the podcast, Pettengill shared the details of his relationship with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, as well as Producer Kevin Dunn. Check out his comments below.

On his relationship with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon:

"He was always genuine and helpful... I didn't get any of the 'he's a nightmare.' Here's a guy who has taken a regional business to a multi-billion dollar property. You have to make business decisions when you do that. Maybe that rubs people wrong, but I always respected that. If he had to correct you, he did it politely and professionally. That was his job, he's the boss. It was always constructive and came from a place of wanting the product to be better. I never had a problem with it or had words or ever saw him yell at anyone. He's a soft-spoken guy and very chill. People I talk to says he's still the same, but you get a reputation. I never saw it. He was always great with me."

On his time working with WWE Producer Kevin Dunn:

"Kevin is terrific. If we were responsible for content for 130 countries every week, we probably wouldn't do interviews either. He doesn't have the time. I don't know how he does it. We became very good friends and we used to talk a lot. We haven't over these years, but I know that if I need to talk to him, I could pick up the phone and he'd answer. He has so much responsibility and the product is terrific."

Todd Pettengill will make his return to WWE television tonight, when he serves as the host of NXT TakeOver: In Your House.
