Tony Khan Comments On Success Of AEW Rampage Ratings, Big Numbers For Last Week's Show

AEW Rampage is a ratings winner.

Tony Khan took to social media on Thursday morning to comment on the lineup announced for this week's edition of the show, which goes down this Friday night on TNT with the matches taped at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina after Dynamite on Wednesday night.

Announced for the show is Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus vs. John Silver & Alex Reynolds for the AEW Tag-Team Championships, Kris Statlander, Red Velvet & "Legit" Leyla Hirsch vs. Nyla Rose, Penelope Ford & The Bunny, Trent Beretta vs. Adam Cole and Shawn Spears vs. Andrew Everett.

"It's Thursday, you know what that means: tomorrow night on TNT [is] Friday Night AEW Rampage @ 10pm ET/9pm CT with some great wrestlers on a great hour of wrestling," Khan wrote on Twitter about the lineup for this week's show.

From there, the AEW President continued by commenting on the ratings success of the show, noting that last week's edition of the weekly one-hour Friday night show on TNT drew big numbers.

"We’ve had a great run of ratings," he wrote. "Last week being our best Friday rating since October, thanks to you fans stepping up!"
