Following the news that the first positive COVID-19 test for a developmental talent was found by WWE on Monday, the pro wrestling world is once again focused more on the topic than it has been since the Coronavirus Pandemic first started.
On Tuesday, AEW CEO & President Tony Khan addressed the issue of COVID-19 testing at All Elite Wrestling television shoots.
According to Khan, anyone who is going to work the show or even be around talent and company staff backstage at the Daily's Place amphitheater in Jacksonville, Florida -- the site of the AEW TV shoots since the issue first began -- is tested for the virus.
"We test every person who’s in the backstage area or working in or around the ring at the beginning of every week we’re doing a show," wrote Khan via Twitter in response to a fan who asked if AEW has been testing people every week at their TV shoots.
