Tony Khan Says Wednesday's Dynamite Was One Of Favorite Shows In AEW History, Promises Rampage Will Be Great

Tony Khan enjoyed the way AEW Dynamite turned out this week, even if it wasn't the original plan for the show.

As noted, CM Punk, Ace Steel, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks and others were suspended as a result of the melee that took place after the AEW ALL OUT post-show media scrum this past weekend. Because of that, Tony Khan made a rare personal appearance to announce the company's plans for the AEW Championship that Punk won at Sunday's PPV, as well as the plans for the AEW Trios Tag-Team Championships that Omega and the Bucks won.

After the show wrapped up, the AEW President surfaced on social media to comment on it being one of his favorite shows in company-history.

"AEW Dynamite was also one of my favorite shows we've ever done," Khan wrote via Twitter. "I'm so glad to keep the recent ratings hot streaks going and best of all to have a great Wednesday night wrestling show for the fans."

Khan continued, "I'm excited for AEW Rampage, I *promise* you a great show tomorrow, too!"
