AEW National Champion Ricochet has filed a new trademark for the term "The Trendsetter" on Monday, January 12th. This trademark application is intended for entertainment services.
"The Trendsetter" is another nickname Ricochet has submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since last year. Other terms he filed to trademark last year include "Lightskin Kingpin," "King Ricochet," "Bald," and "The Demand," which is the name of the faction he currently leads in All Elite Wrestling. The group consists of himself and his teammates, Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun.

“Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer.”
Ricochet has a busy few days ahead of him. After participating in last night’s AEW Dynamite Maximum Carnage in Phoenix, Arizona, he will head to Arena Mexico to defend his National Championship against Titan at CMLL’s Viernes Espectacular event on Friday, January 16th.
