Two Big Title Matches And More Announced For Next Week's Title Tuesday TakeOver 36 Go-Home Episode Of NXT

During last night's episode of NXT, NXT General Manager William Regal made several huge announcements for next week's TakeOver 36 go-home episode of NXT TV, which was dubbed as β€œTitle Tuesday.” First, it was announced that NXT Tag Team Champions MSK (Wes Lee and Nash Carter) will defend their WWE NXT Tag Team Titles against Imperium (Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner). For the past several weeks, MSK and Imperium have been breathing down at each other's necks and they have been involved in a heated feud.

Last night's WWE NXT episode saw MSK make fun of Imperium by mocking the style of their vignettes and they even talked about how they have brought new life to the NXT tag team division.

It was also announced that NXT Cruiserweight Champion Kushida will defend his NXT Cruiserweight Title against Roderick Strong of The Diamond Mine. Last night's episode of NXT saw a segment, where the NXT Cruiserweight Title Match for next week's show was made official. Malcolm Bivens was seen leaving the office of NXT General Manager William Regal, which led to Regal making the match for next week's show official. This comes after NXT Cruiserweight Champion Kushida saying that Strong deserves to face him for the NXT Cruiserweight Title because he was impressed by Strong.

A Singles Match between Timothy Thatcher and Ridge Holland could take place on next week's episode of NXT as well as Thatcher and Ciampa called Holland out during a backstage segment on last night’s show and Thatcher said he wants to face Holland. This is due to Holland making his return on NXT two weeks ago and laying both Thatcher and Ciampa out.

Next week's TakeOver: 36 go-home episode of WWE NXT is also set to feature a face-off between Karrion Kross and Samoa Joe prior to their NXT Title Match at TakeOver. Finally, next week's NXT episode will also see Carmelo Hayes take on Duke Hudson in an NXT Breakout Tournament semi-finals match, where the winner will advance to the finals to face Odyssey Jones.
