-- Andrade and Carmelo Hayes will finish off their best-of-seven match series with implications towards the United States championship held by LA Knight. With Knight as the special guest referee, the winner of that match will presumably become the new #1 contender for the US title.
-- The top contenders for the WWE Tag Team titles will also be determined next week with newly signed Motor City Machine Guns taking on DIY with the winners getting a shot at the tag titles at a future time.
-- Also announced for Smackdown next week is a face-to-face showdown between WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. The two are set to face off in a match at Crown Jewel in November where neither title will be on the line but the winner will be awarded the new Crown Jewel title.
