Tuesday's episode of WWE NXT was up significantly in overnight viewership figures released today, averaging 747,000 viewers and a 0.16 rating in the key 18-49 demo. The audience is the best number for NXT since February while the rating is the highest since April. Year-over-year, NXT's viewership is up but its rating is down (the show was still on USA at the time), which would mean that the audience is skewing towards an older demo.
This compares to 586,000 viewers and a 0.12 rating last week and the bump can certainly be attributed to an appearance by WWE Hall of Famer, the Undertaker, which was promoted days in advance. The main sports competition on the night was an WNBA game that averaged 1.175 million viewers and a 0.20 rating.
