-- As reported earlier this summer, Lady Frost went public with her request to get released from her IMPACT Wrestling Contract, however, as of this time, she remains with the company as multiple sources report that IMPACT denied her request for a release and that they have no interest in granting it anytime soon. Unfortunately for Frost, this means that she isn't even being paid right now due to the way her contract is structured as it is an exclusive pay-per-appearance deal rather than the traditional salaried agreement.
-- As of this time, Frost has not been in attendance at recent IMPACT tapings and then ended up sending a letter requesting her release again to either the company's HR department or directly to Anthem President and CEO Leonard Asper. She's also apparently claiming that a lot of expenses that she occurred as a result of working for IMPACT were either never paid for or reimbursed - things flights, accommodations and medical tests and treatment. Fightfulselect.com reported that if Frost were to sit out the rest of her unique contract, she would be inactive and unpaid for another two years.
-- A separate pwinsider.com report states that IMPACT officials dispute Frost's claims that her expenses weren't paid for as well as her version of some of the events that have led us to the current situation. Specifically, the promotion claims that they were willing to give her a release if she returned to TV and put over Masha Slamovich on the way out, but she later told them she couldn't make the taping before going public with her request for a release back in June. Since then, IMPACT claims they never heard from her until recently when she sent her release request letter when they informed her to loop back with her contact person, believed to be Gail Kim.
