Updated AEW Dynamite: Road Rager 2022 Lineup, Tony Khan Announces Multiple New Matches

Tony Khan put his promoter hat on this afternoon to build the buzz for this week's edition of AEW Dynamite.

The AEW and ROH President took to social media on Tuesday to provide an update and some comments on the Jeff Hardy DUI arrest situation.

In terms of boss work, he checked that box with those duties.

In terms of promoter work, the head shot-caller for AEW and ROH also posted a series of tweets hyping up a handful of matches for the annual "Road Rager" themed edition of Dynamite on TBS.

"We’ve done 140 episodes of Wednesday Night AEW Dynamite so far," Khan wrote in one of the aforementioned tweets. "And tomorrow night’s lineup for Road Rager on TBS Network is shaping up to be one of the best Dynamites yet!"

Khan continued, "We really appreciate everyone planning on watching Dynamite tomorrow; thank you all for supporting AEW!"

Additionally, Khan confirmed some new matches for the show, such as Will Ospreay going one-on-one against Dax Harwood of FTR, and Toni Storm squaring off against the winner of the inaugural Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.

Finally, a face-to-face segment between IWGP Heavyweight Champion Hiroshi Tanahashi of New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and Blackpool Combat Club member Jon Moxley ahead of their Interim AEW Championship showdown at AEW & NJPW: The Forbidden Door has also been confirmed for "Road Rager."
