Vince McMahon Reportedly Issues Edict Requiring All Talent to Report for Workouts at the PC

-- In preparation for their return to a regular touring schedule which would see events in front of a live audience, WWE officials informed members of their roster last night at Raw that they are required to come to the Performance Center over the next month and participate in mandatory workouts in anticipation of hitting the road in July. PWInsider.com reports that these workouts could begin as early as next week with talent participating in drills or matches to re-sharpen their skills. The workouts would be taking place on days that aren't reserved for TV tapings and was an edict straight from Vince McMahon.

-- Some wrestlers were said to be looking forward to the workouts to try and get their timing back after being off for over a year or working at most once per week. While it isn't always visible to fans watching at home, quite a few talent felt that their timing has been "off" for some time since the pandemic has lingered on for so long. As noted, everyone on the roster is expected to take part in the workouts and while some weren't thrilled to have to do this on their off day(s), most were welcoming the idea if it helps bring the company closer to where they were before the pandemic.
