WWE notified one of their most liked veterans - R-Truth - that his services won't be retained once his contract expires later this year and the online reaction to the move from both fans and other wrestlers had been overwhelming negative. That reaction has trickled into the live events too as WWE Raw yesterday in Tulsa, OK saw the audience chime in with their thoughts.
During the men's Money in the Bank qualifying match, "We Want Truth" chants could be heard clearly and at the chant also broke out at various other points during the show, including the main event which was the men's Money in the Bank qualifying match featuring CM Punk, AJ Styles and El Grande Americano.
Following the match and after the show went off air, Punk, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn interacted with the fans in attendance and Punk referenced the chants asking the audience "how dare (they) chant for somebody that’s not here."
