Wednesday Night Ratings: AEW Dynamite Approaches One Million; NXT Suffers Huge Drop


-- The official figures for last Wednesday night's wrestling shows are now in and as we reported already, AEW Dynamite came very close to hitting one million viewers, generating an audience of 977,000 for its special Brodie Lee tribute show. It would be the second most watched show in 2020 and the third time in the last five weeks that Dynamite has hit 900,000 viewers. In the 18-49 demographic, Dynamite achieved a rating of 0.40, placing it #4 on the night college football games and coverage. NXT on the other hand suffered a significant drop for its year-end show - viewership of 586,000 and a rating of 0.12. The audience is the third lowest for NXT since it moved to USA while the 0.12 is a series low and placed the show #58 on the night.
