-- With the Wednesday Night ratings battle between WWE and AEW quickly coming to a close, figures for both Dynamite and NXT were down in total viewership week-over-week as less people seemed to watch despite no heavy competition except for an NBA game. Dynamite dropped to 700,000 viewers - the second lowest of 2021 - while NXT dipped more modestly to 654,000 viewer. This compares to 757,000 and 678,000, respectively, last week. In the 18-49 demographic, Dynamite also saw losses dipping to a 0.26 rating for 7th spot, also marking the second lowest of the year. NXT meanwhile surged to a 0.21 rating for 12th place on the night - tied for its highest score since October 2020. In fact, NXT beat Dynamite in people 18-34 and males 12-34, while also winning its usual 50+ catgory. Ratings archive for the two shows is here.
