William Regal Reacts To Triple H's Retirement Gesture At WrestleMania 38: Night 2

The retirement by Paul "Triple H" Levesque continues to be felt within the WWE Universe, as well as the pro wrestling world in general.

Former longtime WWE and NXT executive and current AEW performer William Regal took to social media to comment on the retirement gesture done by "The Game" to kick off WrestleMania 38: Night 2 on Sunday evening.

Regal took to his Twitter page and posted a tweet about Triple H leaving his boots in the ring as a symbol of him lacing them up for the final time.

"For 28 years we did our bit together," wrote Regal. "Through up’s and down and some bad but mostly good decisions, to be Pro’s and make the job right."

Regal added, "Lots of people got opportunities and made memories for themselves. Job done pal."
