Professional wrestling legend and current All Elite Wrestling Star William Regal, who worked for WWE, has done everything there is to do in the pro wrestling business and he has even found success in any pro wrestling promotion he has worked for. Regal used to worked as an on-screen manager in NXT and he currently works as the trainer, advisor and manager for the Blackpool Combat Club in AEW that consist of Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley and current ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta.
William Regal recently spoke with Alex McCarthy of TalkSport on a variety of topics such as which AEW Stars he wanted to bring into the WWE when he was still working for them under the NXT umbrella. Alex McCarthy took to his Twitter and revealed that William Regal told him he wanted to sign Ricky Starks, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta to NXT before the WWE changed their directive.
After it was determined that the WWE has changed their directive and will no longer be signing people like Ricky Starks, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta, they would go on to sign with All Elite Wrestling.
