Women's MMA Legend Reveals AEW Wrestler Came To Her Gym To Challenge Her To Closed-Door Match

Apparently women's MMA legend Cris "Cyborg" Justino locked horns with a familiar face to AEW fans earlier this week.

The former UFC, Strikeforce and Invicta FC Women's Champion took to social media and noted that an AEW star came to her MMA gym in Huntington Beach, California on Tuesday morning to challenge her to a closed-door match.

"Had a female AEW wrestler show up to my MMA gym this morning and challenge me to a closed door match," she wrote. "...Of course I accepted."

While there is no official word on who the AEW women's wrestler in question was, however it's worth noting that Thunder Rosa, who has a background in martial arts, responded to the tweet with multiple "eyes" emojis.

Additionally, the official AEW Twitter feed replied to the post by writing, "Can you tell us who it is...we promise we won't tell anyone else [husband closed lips emoji]."
