Wrestlers In WWE, AEW & TNA Reportedly "Baffled" By Booker T's Comments On Last Week's Botch

Last week's triple threat match between Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill and Nia Jax had the wrestling community talking for all the wrong reasons as a botched finish towards the end of the match was front and center on TV. It led to not only fans and wrestling personalities offering their opinion, but internal chatter as well.

WWE Hall of Famer Booker T was one individual who was critical of the spot, seemingly laying blame at the inexperience of the wrestlers involved. On his podcast, Booker made the following comments:

"That can’t happen on live television. It wasn’t a good night at all. You could tell there was a lot of miscommunication. You’ve got an NIL talent, Tiffany Stratton. You’ve got Jade Cargill, who’s pretty much fresh off her AEW run, and just think about that time in AEW for her, she probably didn’t learn a whole lot, because – no disrespect or anything – but she was just put on a wing and she never really got a chance to really wrestle anybody."

Booker T's comments raised a lot of eyebrows, specifically the part about Cargill being "pretty much fresh off her AEW run." Fightfulselect.com reported that not only within WWE but also in AEW and TNA people found the comments baffling, considering Cargill joined WWE over two years ago and has now wrestled more matches in WWE than she did in AEW.
