Wrestling Shows About to Face More Competition on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

-- In about a week, competition for all of the wrestling shows taking place weekly will stiffen with the NBA presenting head-to-head competition, often double-headers, beginning the first week of August on Wednesdays on ESPN. The station will also air games on Monday night against Raw while TNT will be airing Friday night games against Smackdown. Major League Baseball’s return to action will also lead to more competition, but that will vary week-to-week. Of course, beginning later this year Monday Night Raw will face the toughest competition with NFL Monday Night Football returning, which will hammer WWE's already historically low ratings.
