-- WWE's biggest event of the year, WrestleMania 40, is just around the corner and as has been the norm the past few years, it will be a two night event. As the show has expanded over the years, WWE has moved away from often cramming 14 matches into one night and instead balanced it out with half of that on each night. It appears that is around the number we should expect for WrestleMania 40 as well.
-- The WrestleVotes Twitter/X account posted that the "working plan" is to have 7 matches on each night of WrestleMania which means that up to four more bouts will still be announced over the next couple of weeks. That would only be the "main card" and not including any matches WWE holds on either of the Kickoff shows that will precede the action on both night one and two.
The indication from sources suggests we’ll see up to 4 more WrestleMania matches announced for the event. As of now, the working plan is to feature 7 matches per night on the main card.
