-- Yesterday, Marigold presented their Summer Destiny event and it featured WWE star IYO Sky who defeated Utami Hayashishita in singles action while Sareee defeated Giulia to become the first ever Marigold Women’s Champion. Another WWE talent was backstage at the event as Kairi Sane publicly revealed that she was there visiting and also supporting Sky. Fightfulselect.com reports that it's not known if there are any plans for Sane to wrestle for Marigold at future events.
-- As for Giulia, she came out of her match unscathed and did not re-aggravate her wrist injury. Her commitments with Marigold are winding down and she is expected to move to the US and begin working NXT once those Marigold dates are done.
-- Fightfulselect.com reports that despite making sporadic appearances for AEW/ROH over the last couple of years, Rachael Ellering is signed to All Elite Wrestling and has been for "quite some time" despite not receiving the official #AllElite graphic that the promotion is famous for. Ellering is also listed on the ROH roster page.
-- Eddie Kingston finally underwent surgery to repair a torn ACL and meniscus. He believes he will be out of action for ten months, meaning we won't see him back in the ring until next spring.
