WWE previously announced that a #1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way Match will be taking place during tomorrow night's episode of WWE NXT, where the winner will earn the opportunity to challenge the newly-crowned WWE NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes for his WWE NXT Championship. It was then announced that Dragon Lee is the first competitor in the #1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way Match.
WWE recently announced that former WWE NXT UK Star and NXT Cruiserweight Champion JD McDonagh will be the second competitor in the #1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way Match and that the other two competitors will be revealed soon.
