WWE's King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are back for 2026.
The men's and women's elimination competition was announced last night on WWE Raw by LA Knight, who revealed that opening round matches would begin next week on Raw which will be held in Turin just a day after Clash in Italy. Knight also confirmed that the winners of the two tournaments would earn a title shot in the future
While no competitors were announced, Knight pretty much let it be known that he would be one of the participants suggesting that his goal is to become King and then face Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight title.
WWE has held the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring the last two years in Saudi Arabia under PLEs of the same name, however, this year, the company is back in Saudi Arabia at the end of June for Night of Champions, where it is likely that the finals will take place. Cody Rhodes and Jade Cargill won in 2025 while Gunther and Nia Jax won the year before in 2024.
