WWE Announces Two-Night AAA TripleMania 34 Event For September

During last night's 2026 WWE Backlash premium live event (PLE), WWE announced that the AAA TripleMania 34 event will take place in two separate locations this September. This announcement followed the tag team match featuring Danhausen and Minihausen against The Miz and Kit Wilson.

For the first time ever, AAA TripleMania 34 will be expanded to a two-night show, scheduled for Friday, September 11, and Sunday, September 13. Night two has already been confirmed to occur in Ciudad de Mexico, but the location for Night One has not yet been revealed.

This will be the second TripleMania event since WWE acquired the Lucha Libre promotion. Last year, the show took place at Arena CDMX in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, on August 16. The Fatal 4-Way match for the AAA Mega Championship, featuring El Hijo del Vikingo, Dominik Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and El Grande Americano, headlined the event.

No matches have been announced yet for either night of AAA TripleMania 34, but updates will be provided as they become available. The transition to a two-night show marks a historic first for the long-standing AAA event, which has typically been held as a one-night extravaganza.
