WWE Clash Of Champions Kickoff Show: Lince Dorado vs. Humberto Carrillo vs. Drew Gulak (c)

WWE's Clash of Champions 2019 pay-per-view takes place on September 15th at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC.

Kickoff Show results

- Jonathan Coachman, Charly Caruso, David Otunga and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T are hosting tonight's Kickoff Show. We start off with some video packages looking at tonight's feud.

- The New Day joins via split-screen for a brief interview about their WWE Title and SmackDown Tag Team Title matches tonight.

- We go to some video packages, starting with one looking at the feud between Roman Reigns and Rowan, and then we look at the program between Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman for the Universal Title.

- Lince Dorado vs. Humberto Carrillo vs. Drew Gulak (c): Gulak's Cruiserweight Title is on the line in this one. Gulak starts off strong going after both men, until Dorado and Carrillo team up on him and level the Champion with some dropkicks. Dorado and Carrillo go at it now as Gulak rolls out to ringside. Gulak pulls Carrillo out to ringside, then Dorado hits a dive on both of them. Dorado hits another shot off the barricade, then takes Carrillo in the ring. Dorado goes up top, but Gulak knocks him down to the ringside floor. Gulak and Carrillo go at it on the mat now. Gulak gets the upper hand, until Carrilllo drops him with a boot to the face in the corner. Dorado gets back in the ring and hits a shot off the top on Carrillo. Dorado turns his attention to Gulak now and looks for a hurricanrana, but Gulak reverses it into a gut-buster for a two count. Carrillo comes back in as Dorado gets sent out to ringside. Carrillo hits a series of kicks on Gulak, and then a handstand monkey flip. The Champion rolls outside, and Dorado runs back inside. Humberto kicks Dorado off the apron, and Dorado lands on the shoulders on Gulak. Carrillo then hits a suicide dive out of the ring on to both Dorado and Gulak at ringside. Back in the ring, Carrillo looks for a pin on Dorado, but Gulak breaks it up. Carrillo drops Gulak and looks for a moonsault, but Gulak gets his knees up to block it. Carrillo lands on his feet, and puts Gulak in a Texas Cloverleaf. Dorado then grabs Carrillo in an octopus submission. Gulak knocks them both down and pins Dorado for a two count. All three men trade strikes now until they all go down. Dorado and Carrillo are up first and they trade chops to the chest, then fight up the turnbuckle. Gulak goes over and takes Dorado down, then Dorado fights back with kicks on both men in the corner. Dorado hits standing Frankensteiner off the top on Carrillo, then he goes back up top. Dorado looks for a Shooting Star Press but misses, and Carrillo fires back with a flying kick to the face. Carrillo follows up with a corkscrew moonsault, but Gulak breaks up the pin and throws Carrillo into the ring post. Gulak steals the pin on Dorado for the three count.
