-- In a tweet where they announced that registrations are now open for next week's Smackdown at the ThunderDome virtual seating, WWE announced that the show will be pre-taped on Tuesday and air in its normal Friday evening timeslot. This was always rumored with Christmas falling on Friday. The week after with New Year's Day also falling on Friday, WWE will still move forward with a live Smackdown.
