WWE is internally discussing Logan Paul as John Cena's opponent for WrestleMania 41.
WrestleVotes reports that the idea, which began as an internet rumor, is a potential option for Cena, who will be working his final calendar year with WWE after a legendary career. If it were to come true, Paul would be Cena's final WrestleMania opponent of all time. However, there seem to be many against the idea.
The report mentions that there is "resounding disapproval from several within creative," about the matchup and that "the general feeling is that this shouldn’t be Cena’s final WrestleMania match."
One direction that the online WWE Universe seems to be hoping for is for Cena to chase his 17th world title reign, which would break Ric Flair's all-time world title record.
