Following the WWE Fastlane 2021 Title Match announcement, WWE continued on to reveal that Shayna Baszler vs. Bianca Belair in a one-on-one Women's Non-Title Singles match during the Friday, March 5, 2021 edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown which airs on PeacockTV!

How The Upcoming Re-Match Came To The Table For WWE Fastlane 2021

Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair originally teamed up to compete against Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax at the WWE Elimination Chamber 2021 pay-per-view event. Unfortunately for the duo, they failing to win the match thus pulling the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles just out of their reach.

Neither Banks, nor Belair, are the type to just take a loss lying down and call it a day. The two WWE female powerhouses decided to "give it a go" once more, as they are now set to challenge Baszler and Jax at WWE Fastlane 2021.

In regards to their own personal upcoming title match with the two going head-to-head as The Boss, Sasha Banks, will defend her current WWE SmackDown Women's Championship in a match with the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble WINNER, Bianca Belair who with her RR win, was given the opportunity to go after one of WWE's Women's Title belts in an official match-up at Wrestlemania 2021.

For now, Banks and Belair simply put their own upcoming match-up on the back burner, as their match isn't set to take place until the WWE Wrestlemania 2021 pay-per-view event, which is still a little over a month away.

Wrestlemania 2021 Pay-Per-View Information

Whether Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks walk away from the WWE Fastlane 2021 pay-per-view event as the NEW WWE Women's Tag-Team Champions, they still have unfinished business awaiting them just a few weeks later when the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble winner, Bianca Belair will challenge current WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks for her title in a singles match at WWE Wrestlemania 2021! At this point, we will have to just sit back and watch how the events unfold and where the WWE gold lands when all is said and done.

WWE Fastlane 2021 is the last pay-per-view stop on the "Road to WrestleMania" which airs just shy of three weeks later. WWE Wrestlemania 2021 will kick-off on Saturday, April 10th and the second half of the pay-per-view event will air the next day on Sunday, April 11th which will be hosted from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
