WWE Files New Trademark For Several Terms

On Thursday, August 14th, WWE filed trademarks for the terms "Slapjack" and "WWE ThunderDome," as reported by Fightful.com. These trademarks are intended for entertainment purposes. The report also mentioned that the company submitted a new trademark for the ring name "Ridge Holland."

"Slapjack" was the ring name used by Shane Thorne during his time in Retribution, a faction that was active during the pandemic era of WWE. The "ThunderDome" was a unique venue featuring video screens that displayed fans watching from home, which was common during that time.
