Last July 15th, WWE filed to trademark several talent names such as Michael Cole, Byron Saxton, Kayla Braxton, Ryan Tran, Jessika Carr, Megan Morant, Mike Rome, GUNTHER, Mr. Stone, and Maxxine Dupri with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) for entertainment services.
Michael Cole and Byron Saxton are commentators, Kayla Braxton is a backstage interviewer and she also hosts the Kickoff Shows of the WWE's Premium Live Events, Mike Rome is a ring announcer for WWE's RAW brand, Megan Morant is a backstage interviewer and an on-screen correspondent for the WWE's SmackDown brand, Ryan Tran and Jessika Carr are WWE referees, Mr. Stone is an on-screen manager for Von Wagner, Maxxine Dupri is WWE SmackDown Star Max Dupri's sister, but there is no word yet on who will play the role of Maxxine Dupri and GUNTHER is the current WWE Intercontinental Champion.

“G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.”
