Last March 14th, the WWE filed to trademark the “Smackadillas” term with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for restaurant and food orders online processing services. Smackadillas is a limited time only quesadillas offer from the WWE to the WWE Universe that has been made available for delivery in the Dallas-Fort Worth area via DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub.
Below is the use description submitted to the USPTO, along with an announcement from the WWE:
“G & S: Electronic processing of restaurant and food orders for others; online ordering services featuring restaurants take-out and food; online ordering services in the field of restaurant take-out and delivery; computerized online ordering services in the field of restaurants and food; electronic processing of restaurant and food orders for others; online ordering services featuring restaurants take-out and food; online ordering services in the field of restaurant take-out and delivery; promoting and marketing the goods and services of others in the field of restaurants and food.”
