WWE Friday Night Smackdown Audience Way Up; 18-49 Rating Best in Over Two Years

-- Friday's WWE Smackdown - the last show before Royal Rumble - drew an impressive audience of 2.544 million viewers, the second best figure for the show in over two years, trailing only the episode a few weeks ago which featured the return of John Cena.

-- In the 18-49, Smackdown soared to a 0.67 score in the people 18-49 category, its best mark since December 2020, which was a show that got a benefit from an NFL-game lead in. It tied for highest on the night with El Señor de los Cielos, which airs on the Spanish network Telemundo so if you are counting only English-language TV, Smackdown won handily.
