Tonight on SmackDown, two Elimination Chamber Triple Threat Qualifying Matches - on the men's side: Randy Orton, Solo Sikoa & Aleister Black collide, and on the women's side: Tiffany Stratton, Chelsea Green & Lash Legend battle it out, Shinsuke Nakamura takes on Tama Tonga, Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky defend their WWE Women's Tag Team Championships against Giulia & Kiana James, Carmelo Hayes holds another United States Championship Open Challenge, RAW Superstar & the 2026 Women's Royal Rumble winner, Liv Morgan, will be on hand and more!

We kick off the show with clips from Royal Rumble.

Clips of Tiffany Stratton, Chelsea Green & Alba Fyre, Lash Legend, Randy Orton, Solo Sikoa and The MFTs, Aleister Black & Zelina,and Drew McIntyre are shown backstage and McIntyre makes his way to the ring.

As Drew McIntyre makes his way out to the ring, Cody Rhodes comes out of nowhere and starts beating him up. Rhodes slams McIntyre's head into the ring post and McIntyre flees through the crowd as officials run out to break them up. McIntyre retreats and Rhodes gets in the ring and asks McIntyre if things will be the same, because they won't be the same because McIntyre eliminated Rhodes in the Rumble and McIntyre wasn't even in the Rumble. Rhodes says WrestleMania means a lot to him and he's pissed McIntyre cost him the chance. Rhodes says he was born in Charlotte and he wishes he was back here as a champion. He talks about the discomfort of coming back to Charlotte with all the memories. He says McIntyre was mad that Rhodes was the champion and tells McIntyre that his discomfort is McIntyre's downfall and vows that McIntyre won't make it to WrestleMania.

Cathy Kelley talks to Giulia & Kiana James about their tag title match tonight. James says this is a stepping stone for Giulia to be a triple champion. Giulia talks in Japanese and James translates and says after they win this, Giulia will win at Elimination Chamber and then become the champion at WrestleMania.

Nick Aldis yells at Cody Rhodes backstage. Aldis tells Rhodes to control his emotions and to focus on his Elimination Chamber match next week.

Match 1 - WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match: Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky(c) -vs- Giulia & Kiana James
James and Ripley start the bout. They lock up and Ripley goes to punch James who tags in Giulia. Giulia says she wants Sky and Ripley tags out. Sky and Giulia stand face to face and they attempt to hit each other but dodge the moves. Giulia smacks Sky and kicks her and mocks her. Sky reverses a throw and lands on her feet and trips Giulia and then dropkicks her. Sky is slammed down by her hair and Sky kicks Giulia. James is tagged in and Sky is tossed out of the ring. James slams Sky into the apron head first. James tosses Sky into the ring and stomps on her and Sky rolls back out. Ripley talks to the ref and Giulia dropkicks Sky off the apron behind the ref's back and we cut to a break.

Back to the match, James stops Sky from tagging out and sends her into the corner. James punches Sky and sends her into the other turnbuckle. Giulia is tagged in and Sky punches Giulia and tries to tag but Giulia stops her. Sky punches Giulia and gets loose, Giulia grabs Sky leg and then hits a back suplex. James is tagged in and Sky is beaten in her corner. Giulia is tagged in and Sky is double teamed and covered and Sky kicks out. James is tagged in and Sky foils a double team attempt. Sky slams down James and tags out to Ripley. Ripley takes out Giulia and James. Ripley clotheslines and slams down James and then connects with a basement drop kick. Giulia is kicked off the apron and James tries to roll up Ripley but Ripley kicks James off. Sky takes Giulia out outside the ring and the ring, Ripley hits an Electric Chair and James kicks out at two. Sky is tagged in, James comes off a RipTide and kicks Ripley and powerbombs Sky onto Ripley. Giulia is tagged in and she hits Arrivederci on Sky and covers her and Ripley breaks the pin. Giulia knocks Ripley out of the ring and Sky counters a Northern Lights Bomb and makes a bling tag to Ripley. Ripley hits RipTide and Sky hits Over the Moonsault and get the win.
Winners and STILL WWE Women's Tag Team Champions: Iyo Sky & Rhea Ripley

Ilja Dragunov walks backstage and The Miz asks where he's going. Dragunov tells him to get lost and The Miz asks why so he can hit up and asks why Dragunov resorts to violence. The Miz says he talked to Nick Aldis and he's doing the open challenge. Carmelo Hayes pops in and says Dragunov deserves the shot and he'll beat up The Miz but this won't be an open challenge anymore.

Match 2: The Miz -vs- Carmelo Hayes
The Miz attacks Hayes at the bell. Hayes hits a springboard shoulder check and it knocks The Miz down. The Miz comes back with a back elbow and slams Hayes into the corner. The Miz slams his shoulder into Hayes and The Miz sends Hayes to the other corner and kicks him. Hayes sends The Miz into the corner and springboard's onto The Miz and covers him for a two count. Hayes chops The Miz and then punches him in the corner. Hayes kicks The Miz in the corner and chops him against the ropes. The Miz trips Hayes as he attempts to jump on him and The Miz then clotheslines Hayes and covers him - Hayes kicks out at two and we cut to a break.

Back to RAW, The Miz goes to punch Hayes and he blocks the punch and chops The Miz into the corner. Hayes unleashes a flurry of punches and the ref breaks it up. Hayes slams down The Miz and covers him and The Miz kicks out and rolls out of the ring. Hayes comes over the ropes and somersaults onto The Miz. The Miz is sent back in the ring and Hayes climbs the ropes and comes down on The Miz and The Miz gets his knees up and covers Hayes for a near fall. The Miz kicks Hayes in the chest and goes for a final kick and Hayes rolls him up and he kicks out at two. Hayes kicks The Miz down and covers again and The Miz kicks out again. Hayes climbs the ropes and The Miz moves out of the way and catches Hayes and hits a slingshot sitout powerbomb and covers Hayes who kicks out at two. Hayes goes for 1st48 and The Miz counters and goes for The Skull Crushing Finale and Hayes counters and hits 1st48 and gets the win.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley talks to Tiffany Stratton. Kelley asks her what her plans are to regaining the women's champion. Stratton says SmackDown runs on TiffyTime and she'll win the Elimination Chamber. Chelsea Green & Alba Fyre come by and tell Stratton she'll win and Stratton says she'll win and leaves.

A Wyatt Sicks video promo plays. Bo Dallas calls out Solo Sikoa for stealing his lantern. He says Sikoa stole the light because he's afraid of the dark and reminds Sikoa fear only shows up when you're alone.

Match 3 - WWE Women's Elimination Chamber Triple Threat Qualifying Match: Lash Legend w/Nia Jax -vs- Chelsea Green w/Alba Fyre -vs- Tiffany Stratton
Green slaps Stratton at the bell and then slaps Legend. Green is tossed back and forth between the two. Legend knocks Green out of the ring and she squares off with Stratton. Fyre gets on the apron and Legend takes out Fyre using Stratton as a weapon. Stratton gets Legend on her knees and dropkicks her. Legend rolls out for the ring and Stratton comes flying through the middle rope and takes out Jax and Legend. Back in the ring, Stratton hits a standing Moonsault and Green pushes Stratton off Legend and covers her and Legend kicks out. Stratton and Green scream at each other and Legend goes for both of them. Green and Stratton knock Legend out of the ring and in the ring, Green tries to roll up Stratton and she reverses and rolls up Green. Green knocks Stratton out of the ring and Green climbs to the top rope and jumps off the turnbuckle onto Stratton and Jax outside the ring. Legend pumpkicks Green outside the ring and we get a commercial.

We come back from the commercial break, Stratton and Green are getting beaten up by Legend. Jax and Fyre are screaming at each other outside the ring. In the ring, Legend squishes Stratton and Green in the corner. Legend lifts Green in the air and then clotheslines Green. Legend pressed Stratton and slams her down on Green and Legend covers and the women kick out of the pin. Green kicks Legend and Stratton hits a double dropkick. Stratton kicks Legend out of the ring and Green goes for the UnPrettier on Stratton but sends Stratton into the corner. Green climbs the ropes and Stratton climbs up with her. Stratton hits a superplex and then slams down Green and Legend breaks the pin. Legend goes for Lash Extension and Stratton counters but Legend hits a buckle bomb and then chokeslams Stratton and covers her and Stratton kicks out at two. Green comes off the other end of the ring and hits Coast to Coast on both women and Jax pulls Green out of the ring breaking the pin. Fyre gets punched by Jax and Legend comes out of the ring and attacks Green. Legend is tossed into the timekeepers area. Fyre is taken down by Jax. Stratton takes out Jax. Back in the ring, Stratton counters the UnPrettier and hits The Prettiest Moonsault Ever and gets the win.
Winner: Tiffany Stratton

Cathy Kelley talks to Randy Orton backstage. Kelley asks Orton how he's approaching his qualifying match. Orton says he's not happy with his Rumble performance. He talks about how this Elimination Chamber will be his 10th one when he wins. Aleister Black and Zelina come in and Black says they've said bye to two Legends in two months but he's happy Orton is still here and leaves. Zelina lingers a bit and follows Black out of the frame and we cut to a break.

We come back to SmackDown, and Kit Wilson makes his way out to the ring to cut a promo. Wilson gets on the mic and says he's the topic and then talks about how the Royal Rumble was disgusting. 30 ugly meatheads - toxic and how they all battle to see who is the biggest Alpha. He says that this is why he wasn't in the Rumble because he's not a toxic man and no one can handle a man who listens, moisturizes and moves his hips and starts gyrating. Wilson then calls out whoever wants to face him - the man redefining masculinity and starts gyrating again. The lights go off and Oba Femi's music hits.

Match 4: Kit Wilson -vs- Oba Femi
Wilson tells Femi he's toxic when the bell rings. Femi chops him down and slams into Wilson in the corner. Femi tosses Wilson across the ring and then hits Wilson with A Fall from Grace and gets the win.
Winner: Oba Femi

Damian Priest and R-Truth watch all this from backstage. Truth is doing the Oba Femi dance and says he's a fan of Femi. Drew McIntyre walks by and bumps into Truth and then stops. Priest tells McIntyre he doesn't need more problems and he and McIntyre have danced this dance and he doesn't want to add to McIntyre's stress. McIntyre leaves and heads to the ring.

Drew McIntyre comes down to the ring like he did earlier in the evening. This time, Jacob Fatu attacks McIntyre. Fatu sends McIntyre out of the ring and slams into him. Fatu now attacks the security that's come down and McIntyre hides in the time keepers area. Fatu beats up more security and punches McIntyre. McIntyre escapes through the crowd and Fatu stands on the announce desk and starts convulsing.

Nick Aldis yells at Jacob Fatu and tells him what he told Cody Rhodes. He tells Fatu to focus on his qualifying match if he wants Drew McIntyre and then tells him to leave the building and Fatu leaves.

Match 5: Shinsuke Nakamura -vs- Tama Tonga w/MFTs (Tonga Loa & JC Mateo)
We get the bell, Tonga punches Nakamura and gets him to the mat and hammers down on his back. Nakamura gets out of the way in the corner and sets Tonga on the top rope and kicks him. Nakamura kicks Tonga some more and chokes him in the corner. Tonga takes down Nakamura with a reverse DDT and then Tonga stomps on Nakamura. Nakamura rolls out of the ring and Tonga goes out too and punches Nakamura. Nakamura is slammed into the announce desk face first and then drapes Nakamura on the announce desk and hits a flying elbow from the barricades and we cut to a break.

We return to the match and Tonga hits a DDT type neckbreaker on Nakamura. Nakamura strikes Tonga back and Tonga knocks Nakamura to the mat. Tonga comes in with some body strikes on Nakamura and Nakamura is punched even more and then Tonga headbutts Nakamura. Tonga tweaks Nakamura's neck and puts him in a chinlock. Nakamura powers out and kicks Tonga to the mat. Nakamura hits a basement dropkick and then kicks Tonga in the chest and jaw. Nakamura hits an enzuigiri and sits Tonga on the ropes and hits a basement powerbomb off the ropes. Nakamura comes off the top rope and covers Tonga who kicks out at two. Tonga hammers at Nakamura and hits another reverse DDT. Tonga splashes into Nakamura and then slams him down with a double underhook facebuster and covers for a near fall. Nakamura slams down Tonga and kicks Tonga. Tonga is slammed down and Mateo gets Tonga out of the ring. Nakamura takes out Mateo and back in the ring Tonga hits a jumping cradle DDT. Nakamura suplexes Tonga to the mat and then punches Tonga. Tonga punches Nakamura back and they back and forth. Nakamura hits a heel kick knocking Tonga down. Nakamura hits a driver and covers Tonga for a two count. Mateo distracts the ref and Loa trips up Nakamura. Tonga slams into Nakamura and hits Cut Throat and gets the win.
Winner: Tama Tonga

Cathy Kelley talks to Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley. Sky says they had a good match but they're still champions. Ripley says they're on the road to WrestleMania and they're on their A-Game and won't let go of the titles any time soon. Kelley asks about the Elimination Chamber and Ripley says they can get more gold. Nia Jax and Lash Legend come in and Jax says Legend deserves the spot. Jax challenges Sky and Ripley to a tag match and Legend and Jax go to talk to Nick Aldis. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez walk by and we cut to a break.

Kit Wilson is walking backstage and stops by Apollo Crews and Matt Cardona. Wilson says this is all Cardona's fault because he is the definition of toxic and then gets in Crews' face and then says he has to take a bath.

In the ring, Nick Aldis introduces the winner of the 2026 Women's Royal Rumble, Liv Morgan. Morgan comes out with Raquel Rodriguez. Morgan gets on the mic and says she is the greatest Royal Rumble winner of all time. She says she's much more, actually and that she's the hottest, smartest, funniest, and so on. She says this comes with a lot of power and with great power comes great responsibility. She says she can either face Stephanie Vaquer or Jade Cargill and she's thought long and hard and she wants to be honest and there is something else on her mind - a huge elephant in the room. She starts to address Rodriguez, Rodriguez stops her and says she wants to address the elephant in the room. Jade Cargill's music hits and Cargill makes her way out. Cargill tells Morgan that she doesn't care if she is here or that she won The Rumble. Cargill says if Morgan chooses her she will beat her at WrestleMania and then asks Rodriguez what she's looking at. Morgan tells Cargill to watch what she says because she can take on Vaquer and let Rodriguez beat up Cargill. Jordynne Grace comes out and congratulates Morgan for winning The Rumble. Grace says Morgan may have to face her if she beats Cargill. The women all start arguing. Aldis tells them to all shut up and sets up a tag match.

Match 6: Jade Cargill & Jordynne Grace -vs- The Judgement Day (Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez)
At the bell Grace and Cargill are attacked. Rodriguez kicks Cargill in the corner and Grace slams down Morgan. Cargill hits a spinebuster on Rodriguez. Grace and Cargill start to argue and we get a commercial.

We come back and Morgan tags out to Rodriguez and Grace gets double teamed. Rodriguez slams down Grace and covers her and Grace kicks out. Rodriguez elbows Grace and covers her again. Grace kicks out and gets Rodriguez in a headlock. Rodriguez slams down Grace and misses a splash. Morgan is tagged in and Morgan kicks Grace and hits Three Amigos but the last one is counters and suplexes Morgan. Grace slams Morgan into the corner and clotheslines Morgan a couple of times. Morgan is slammed down a few times and then hits a driver on Morgan and covers her, Rodriguez breaks the pin. Rodriguez is sent out of the ring and Morgan goes for Oblivion and Grace catches her and Morgan hits a codebreaker/lung blower on Grace. Rodriguez is tagged in and she punches Cargill off the apron. Rodriguez carries Grace on her shoulders and Cargill gets in the ring and goes after Rodriguez but kicks Grace. Rodriguez goes to kick Cargill and kicks Morgan. Cargill and Rodriguez go to face off but Grace runs in and rolls up Rodriguez for the win.
Winners: Jade Cargill & Jordynne Grace

Sami Zayn walks somberly backstage and everyone tells him to cheer up. Rey Fenix tells Zayn he's an inspiration. Trick Williams comes in and tells Fenix that he's Michael Jordan and Zayn is Charles Barkley. Fenix says he will knock Williams' teeth out and Williams says anytime and anywhere and leaves.

Jade Cargill and Jordynne Grace argue backstage. Nick Aldis pops in and tells them next week they have a title match.

Drew McIntyre is out at ringside standing on the announce desk. He says he has something to say and he will say it now that Cody Rhodes and Jacob Fatu have been ejected from the arena. McIntyre talks about crushing Sami Zayn's dreams and then talks about CM Punk and Roman Reigns' match and how Reigns chose Punk to face. McIntyre says he feels Reigns is insecure and he was frustrated because Reigns said Punk is on the better show. McIntyre tells the SmackDown roster that they should all be offended. McIntyre talks about how he has earned the title and carried WWE through the lockdown. McIntyre says he has the number one title and lists off the past superstars who have held it. He says Reigns made the right choice for him because they're boys and he's got the entire roster looking to fight him and qualify for the Elimination Chamber. He says he will be focusing on SmackDown. As McIntyre leaves, Trick Williams' music hits and he comes out. Williams said he was intending to come out and watch the Qualifying Match and then he realized McIntyre is out here worrying about the wrong guys and he should be worried about Trick Williams. Williams says he will win the Elimination Chamber and will take McIntyre's title. McIntyre tells Williams to walk before he runs and if he ever interrupts McIntyre again, he'll stick Williams' pepper steppers where the sun doesn't shine. McIntyre leaves and Williams stands there pissed.

Solo Sikoa looks for MFTs backstage. Cathy Kelley stops him and he tells her has no time for her questions and where his family is. The screen goes wonky like it does with The Wyatt Sicks and Sikoa storms out alone with the lantern.

Match 7 - WWE Men's Elimination Chamber Triple Threat Qualifying Match: Randy Orton -vs- Aleister Black w/Zelina -vs- Solo Sikoa
Trick Williams is at ringside for the match. We get the bell and they all start going at each other. Sikoa is knocked out of the ring and Orton attacks Black. Black kicks Orton and Sikoa pulls Orton out of the ring and drives him into the ring post. Black knocks Sikoa off the apron and then moonsaults out to the floor onto Sikoa. Orton tries to slam Black on the announce desk but Black kicks Orton down and we get our expected commercial break.

Back to our Main Event, Sikoa strikes Black in the ring as Orton is laid out outside the ring. Sikoa goes for a Samoan Drop but Orton comes on the apron so Sikoa lets go of Black and attacks Orton. After taking down Orton, Black tries to suplex Sikoa and Sikoa counters and suplexes Black. Black rolls Sikoa down and locks him in a leg submission. Orton gets back in the ring and stomps on Black breaking the hold. Sikoa is stomped on too and then drives his knee down onto Black. Sikoa gets punched out in the corner. Black interrupts at punch 5 and kicks Orton in the corner. Orton counters and slams Black into the corner and starts punching Black. Black sneaks under Orton and knocks him down. Black kicks Orton several times and then starts with punches on Orton. Black punches Orton, Sikoa trips Black and pulls him out of the ring and throws him into the barricades. Back in the ring, Sikoa punches Orton and chops Orton some more. Orton clotheslines Sikoa to the mat and misses a snap powerslam. Black kicks Orton and Sikoa hits a pop up Samoan Drop and covers Black for a near fall and we cut to another commercial.

We return to the triple threat, Sikoa chops Black in the corners. Black punches Sikoa trying to create space. Sikoa sits Black on the top rope and puts Black on his shoulders on the top rope. Black punches out of it and knocks Sikoa off the ropes. Orton sends Sikoa into the other corner and goes to Black but Black kicks him away. Orton punches Black who is still on the top rope and Orton hits a superplex on Black. Sikoa comes off the corner right after and hits a Samoan Splash on Orton and covers him for a near fall. Orton rolls out of the ring and in the ring, Sikoa and Black trade punches and chops. Black and Sikoa now trade kicks and Black is sent in the corner. Sikoa runs at Black and misses a running hip attack. Black hits a flying knee strike and Orton gets back in the ring and takes out Sikoa and Black. Sikoa pulls Orton out of the ring and Orton slams Sikoa into the announce desk twice. Black comes out and Orton pokes his eyes and slams Black onto the announce desk. Back in the ring, Orton sets up Sikoa for a draping DDT and slams down Sikoa. Orton sets up for The RKO but Black comes in and kicks Orton. Sikoa hits Spinning Solo on Black and covers him and Black kicks out. Sikoa sets up for the Samoan Spike and misses. Black knees Sikoa and covers him and Sikoa kicks out. Black knees Sikoa in the head and goes for another pin and Sikoa kicks out. Orton runs in and goes for an RKO but is rolled up. Orton kicks out and Black goes for Black Mass and Orton hits the RKO and Black rolls out of the ring. Sikoa is back on his feet and he comes at Orton with the Samoan Spike. Orton has his back to Sikoa and Sikoa stalks him. Without turning around to face Sikoa, Orton hits an RKO on Sikoa and gets the win.
Winner: Randy Orton

Orton celebrates in the ring and the show goes off the air.
