-- WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley revealed yesterday on his social media channels that he has tested positive for COVID-19. Foley explained that he contracted the virus during a virtual signing event on December 12 where he was accompanied by two individuals, both of whom were wearing masks. However, at one point Foley removed his mask to make it easier to do the signing and later that night, one of the individuals began showing symptoms. Foley noted that he's been isolated in a hotel room for the last 18 days as a result.
I tested positive for COVID following a December virtual signing, and have been isolating in a hotel room for the past 18 days.
Please continue to take this virus seriously - mask up, social distance, look out for one another.
Wishing all of you a happy, healthy new year. pic.twitter.com/WFcM8iuUmi— Mick Foley (@RealMickFoley) January 2, 2021
