As previously reported, former NFL and WCW Star Steve “Mongo” McMichael was diagnosed with ALS, which is also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently told McMichael that he is a hero and to “keep up the good fight.”
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently visited McMichael and told him to keep on fighting the fight and even called him his friend.
Flair wrote, “Let Me Hear The Biggest WOOOOO For Mongo On This WOOOOO Wednesday! Keep On Fighting The Fight My Friend! [red heart emoji]”
Steve McMichael was a member of the last two incarnations of the Four Horsemen stable during his time in WCW, where he stayed until February 1999. A GoFundMe campaign was recently created for Steve Mongo and it is close to hitting its goal of $200,000, which you can donate by visiting this link.
