Last February, WWE Hall of Famer Sean "X-Pac" Waltman competed at GCW: Welcome To Heartbreak, when he teamed with Joey Janela to face Matt Cardona and Brian Myers in Tag Team action. The match, which was Waltman’s in-ring return, saw the WWE Hall of Famer and Joey Janela defeat Cardona and Myers. Waltman took to his Twitter account and revealed that during his match at GCW: Welcome To Heartbreak, he tore his biceps and will now be needing surgery soon. The WWE Hall of Famer also noted that he will have a few more matches after that.
Prior to his match at GCW: Welcome To Heartbreak in February, Waltman last competed at the WrestleCon Mark Hitchcock Memorial SuperShow on April 4th, 2019.
