WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus recently appeared on The Bellas Podcast, where she was asked what her status is in this year's 30-Woman Royal Rumble Match, but she did not provide a clear answer as to if she will be competing in the match. According to the WWE Hall of Famer, she will be filming the semi-finals of Canada’s Got Talent and they will be wrapping that up at a certain time, so that is sort of where her focus is at the moment.
Trish Stratus said:
“Well, I’ll tell you this.” “I am filming the semi-finals of Canada’s Got Talent, they do wrap up a certain time. But I’m just, I’ll be in that headspace, so that’s sort of my focus at the moment. You know, that’s, that’s what I’ve got to do. I’ve got to be, like, in it.”
Trish Stratus also spoke about how she would have preferred if WWE kept more surprises for their 2022 30-Woman Royal Rumble Match, but she understands the reason as to why the promotion revealed majority of their field and that is so that they can sell more tickets.
Trish Stratus said:
“I mean I get it.” “You want to sell the event, right? So that’s exciting, talking about who’s going to be there and things like that. I mean honestly, Mickie James coming back, I thought that was pretty cool. But I think that that should’ve been a huge surprise because no one would’ve expected that.”
Trish Stratus then revealed which among the competitors she believes will win the 2022 30-Woman Royal Rumble Match.
Trish Stratus said:
“So I would say, I mean, Lita.” “Amy looked pretty good. She was on Raw or Smackdown the other day. Was it Raw the other day? She’s training her butt off inside, I know that. I know inside information that she’s been training in the ring. So I don’t know, maybe she’s got another run in her.”
