WWE Issues A Press Release Announcing Last Night's SummerSlam Attendance

Last night's WWE SummerSlam PPV had a stacked card from top to bottom, with a number of title changes taking place as well as the highly-anticipated return of WWE veteran Becky Lynch. WWE recently issued a press release, where the company announced the attendance of last night's SummerSlam from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to the WWE, SummerSlam had a sold out crowd of 51,326 fans in attendance and that the event set the indoor attendance record, with SummerSlam being their biggest event of 2021. Last April's WWE WrestleMania 37 PPV Event at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida reportedly had a total of 51,350 fans in attendance for the two-night event, with each night having a total of 25,675 fans. Last April for the WrestleMania 37 Event, WWE was only allowed a limited capacity of fans due to COVID-19.
