-- WWE has announced that Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne are replacing Zoey Stark & Nikkita Lyons in the WWE Women's Tag Team title tournament match scheduled for tonight's Smackdown against Natalya and Sonya Deville. A video was posted to Twitter where Shawn Michaels revealed Stark was injured at NXT Heatwave and Lyons is "medically unavailable." It is believed that Stark is suffering from a concussion.
