-- WWE appears to have made another change to their PPV schedule for later this year as it was announced today that the September PPV will be called "WWE Clash of Champions" and will be held on the 15th in Charlotte, NC.
June 17, 2019 – Hornets Sports & Entertainment announced today that WWE will be bringing the Clash of Champions to Spectrum Center on Sunday, September 15, at 6:30 p.m., marking the first WWE pay-per-view event in Charlotte in more than 10 years.
Tickets will go on sale on Friday, June 21, at 10 a.m. via spectrumcentercharlotte.com or ticketmaster.com, the Spectrum Center box office, all Ticketmaster outlets or by phone at 800-745-3000.
The talent card is scheduled to include:
WWE Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler
Raw Women’s Champion “The Man” Becky Lynch vs. Lacey Evans

-- Previously, WWE had tentatively scheduled the PPV to be called "Hell in a Cell" and it was to take place on the same day in Atlanta, GA and the October PPV - on the 6th in Sacramento, CA - was the one that would be named Clash of Champions. It's unclear at this point if October's event will be known as "Hell in a Cell" nor is it known if it will take place in Atlanta, Sacramento or a completely different city.
