New WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch is ready for her first title defense.
As announced on Monday's WWE Raw, Lynch will defend her title against Bayley. The match will take place next week (June 23) on Raw. Bayley and Lynch had an in-ring segment last night following a story where Bayley is looking for revenge on Lynch for attacking her and taking her out of WrestleMania 41.
Meanwhile, a match for WWE's Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia was also made official yesterday. Dominik Mysterio will defend his Intercontinental Title against AJ Styles following a physical altercation on Raw following Styles' match against JD McDonagh. Styles got the better of Mysterio in the brawl and left with his title only to hand it back to Nick Aldis, who announced the match for Night of Champions. That event takes place on June 28.
