WWE Moving Forward With Raw, Smackdown & NXT Tapings This Week at Performance Center

— Mike Johnson of pwinsider.com is reporting that WWE will be “taping a ton of content” later this week at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL. The strategy for WWE is going to be the same as WrestleMania where they will bring in talent and put them all up in one hotel. They will then bring in talent “in waves” to the Performance Center while staying compliant with CDC regulations and guidelines. It is not known exactly when the taping will begin, but appears to be either Wednesday night or Thursday morning.

— WWE will be aiming to tape as much content as possible for all their brands - Raw, Smackdown, NXT and even Main Event. They will change ropes, turnbuckles, canvas and the apron in between the shows as well as sanitize the ring and ropes between matches (as they reportedly have already been doing) to try and keep everyone healthy.

— The next PPV is the 5/10 Money in the Bank and the internal belief is that that show will get moved from its current location of Baltimore, MD and likely to the Performance Center as well. WWE hopes to have content taped leading into the PPV ready to go but they will plan for that after completing this next series of tapings this week.
