Rey Mysterio suffered an injury last night on Smackdown and it has the potential to keep him off of WrestleMania 41 this weekend.
In a match where he was teaming with Dragon Lee and Rey Fenix to take on the American Made trio. At some point towards the end of the match, Mysterio appeared to injure his leg/foot and was being checked on by medical personnel o the floor. He never tagged back in and was then seen hobbling to the back while being helped by officials.
Mysterio is scheduled to take on El Grande Americano at WrestleMania and if he's unable to go, Bryan Alvarez of f4wonline.com reports that Dragon Lee would be his likely replacement. The other possibility is Fenix but the belief is that Grande Americano probably needs to win and WWE is not likely to let Fenix suffer the loss.
