-- WWE announced last week that Rhea Ripley suffered a fractured orbital bone that would keep her sidelined indefinitely. While there is still no official timetable for her return to action, pwinsiderelite.com reports that the internal word going around backstage is that her injury may end up not as bad as initially feared.
-- Ripley remains penciled in for a "big role" at next year's WrestleMania 41 so the company is hopeful that her injury will not jeopardize those lead up plans. The report speculated that if Ripley is able to come back quicker than anticipated, WWE will try to keep it under wraps to make for a dramatic return on TV.
-- The current plan, while not set in stone, are for both Raw and Smackdown to expand to three hours as of January. To fill in six hours of TV, pwinsiderelite.com reported that there have been discussions of adding some talent from NXT to the main roster at that point.
