-- On the heels of the announcement that R-Truth was leaving WWE, The Miz made waves last week when he apparently removed all mentions of WWE from his X bio. In a new video he released on Instagram prior to Money in the Bank, the veteran star stated everything that has been written about the situation online is false and there has been no change in his status with WWE nor has he made any changes to any of his online social media profiles. He reiterated his standing with WWE remains strong.
-- The WrestleVotes account dropped a quick tidbit earlier this week that stated that WWE CCO Triple H has never been a big fan of the Money in the Bank concept. Fightfulselect.com seemed to corroborate that report suggesting that it "certainly tracks with (they've) heard" pointing out that HHH has never been involved with MITB in any fashion - whether it be competing in a qualifying match, the match itself, being cashed in on or helping come up with the concept. However, the belief is that the event is a significant money maker for WWE which is why presumably he hasn't dropped the show.
