— Samoa Joe, who suffered a concussion back in February while filming a commercial is still not cleared to return to the ring by WWE doctors, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The fact that it was his second concussion in a relatively short period of time has obviously caused the company to take a more serious stance about him returning to in-ring action before he is completely recovered. Joe was also suspended for violating WWE’s Wellness Policy shortly after the second concussion, but has served his 30 days and would be ready to return, pending the medical clearance but dependent on creative plans.
