WWE News: Triple H Comments On Whether Cody Rhodes Will Be Back For Wrestlepalooza

The question of if Cody Rhodes will be back in WWE in time for Wrestlepalooza has been put to rest.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Rhodes would be back to wrestle at the premium live event, however, earlier today during the Pat McAfee show, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque confirmed as much saying "I’ll give you a spoiler right now, Cody will be back, Indianapolis."

While HHH did not specifically mention or confirm if Rhodes will be wrestling on the show, it is believed that he will be with Dave Meltzer reporting in his Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his opponent hasn't completely been decided but was originally scheduled to be Drew McIntyre however, WWE could pivot to Rhodes vs. Randy Orton instead. Cody is currently wrapping up filming for the upcoming Street Fighter film.
