Tonight on NXT, NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo teams up with North American Champion Myles Borne against Kam Hendrix & Mason Rook, Tatum Paxley defends the NXT Women’s North American Championship against Lizzy Rain, DarkState (Dion Lennox & Saquon Shugars) challenge The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) for the NXT Tag Team Championship, Tristan Angels makes his in-ring debut, Tate Wilder takes on Keanu Carver and more!

Match 1: Tony D'Angelo & Myles Borne -vs- Kam Hendrix & Mason Rook
Borne starts the bout with Hendrix. Hendrix gets Borne in the corner and then gets him on the mat. Borne is taken down with a shoulder check and then tossed into the corner. Hendrix hits a powerslam and covers Borne who kicks out at two. Borne connects with some punches but is dropped by Hendrix. Borne hits a dropkick and a powerslam and Hendrix is covered for a two count. D'Angelo is tagged in and Hendrix is double teamed. D'Angelo clotheslines Hendrix and Rook is tagged in and he strikes D'Angelo. D'Angelo punches Rook back and they go back and forth. Rook chops D'Angelo and D'Angelo tries to take him down with a shoulder tackle but Rook grounds D'Angelo. Rook slams into D'Angelo in the corner and then hits a senton and covers D'Angelo for a near fall. D'Angelo slams into Rook in the corner a couple times and then tries for a suplex. Rook counters and D'Angelo gets behind Rook and tries to suplex him and fails. Borne is tagged in and together they slam down Rook who rolls out of the ring. Hendrix goes for the attack and he's tossed outside too and we cut to a break.
Back to NXT, Rook chops D'Angelo and D'Angelo comes back with punches to Rook's head. Borne is tagged in and the two try to suplex Rook but he counters and slams D'Angelo and Borne down. Borne is covered and he kicks out at two. Rook gets Borne in a headlock and Borne elbows out of the hold. Borne tries to slam Rook and Hendrix comes in and takes Borne out hitting his knees. Rook slams Borne and covers him and Borne kicks out. Hendrix is tagged in and Borne is double teamed and covered - Borne kicks out. Hendrix takes Borne down with a clothesline and covers him again for a two count. Borne punches Hendrix and tries to tag out to D'Angelo but Hendrix stops him and boots him to the mat. Hendrix suplexes and throws Borne and covers him for a near fall. Rook is tagged in and he kicks Borne down. Borne kicks Rook but Rook slams into him in the corner. Rook hits a Blue Thunder Bomb and covers Borne for a near fall. Hendrix gets in the ring and Borne dodges them and tags D'Angelo in. D'Angelo takes out Rook and suplexes Hendrix and then hits a spinebuster on Hendrix. D'Angelo then spears Hendrix and covers him until Rook jumps on the pin breaking it. Rook tags himself in and Borne is tagged in. Hendrix kicks Borne, D'Angelo takes out Hendrix and then clotheslines Rook over the ropes and D'Angelo goes out with him. D'Angelo tries to spear Rook into the steel steps but Rook moves and D'Angelo collides with the steps. Hendrix ends up outside the ring too and Borne hits a moonsault on Rook. Tavion Heights runs down to attack Hendrix and hits Borne accidentally. Rook beats up Borne in the ring, Hendrix tags himself in and gets the pin.
Winners: Kam Hendrix & Mason Rook
DarkState talks backstage. Osiris Griffin says they'll be three time champs. Cutler James talks about how they haven't been arguing lately. Dion Lennox says they're locked in and asks what changes they were going to make if they don't win. Saquon Shugars says it doesn't matter because they're winning and they have each other's backs.
We come back from a commercial break and Kelani Jordan comes out to the ring. Jordan gets on the mic and asks what a girl has to do around here. She talks about how quickly she became a main player in NXT and how she's the fastest home grown talent in the WWE. She talks about how she's better than all the women in the roster. She says she's better than Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid), Blake Monroe, Sol Ruca and any woman in the back. She talks about being the only woman in NXT who tapped out Lola Vice and says she never got the opportunity to go for the main title. She says instead she watches these less athletic women fumble their opportunities like Kendal Grey. Jordan says she has everything figured out so it's her time and she wants her title shot. Izzi Dame interrupts Jordan and reminds Jordan she pinned Vice and asks if Jordan is trying to jump in line and says she is next in line. Lola Vice comes out and says she's the women's champion because she won when it mattered. Vice says Jordan talks a lot and she wants the title but can't handle it. She tells Dame that Dame took a cheap shot Vice and Dame won't get away with it. She challenges Dame next week for her title. Kendal Grey comes out says she's still eyeing the title and Jordan says she's beaten Grey before and asks if she's third in line because that's not happening. Wren Sinclair runs in and attacks Jordan with a crutch and then takes out Dame. Dame and Jordan are laid out outside the ring and Grey stares down Vice in the ring.
Dorian Van Dux talks with Sean Legacy backstage. Van Dux says Legacy will win his next match and Legacy says he's fighting Van Dux so he may change his tune. They shoot the shit until Romeo Moreno walks by with Noam Dar. Dar talks about his loss and says Moreno will fare better than he did with his match tonight and asks Dar to be in his corner for his match.
We cut backstage and the women's roster is watching Nattie talk smack on Jaida Parker. Parker comes in and Layla Diggs gets in Parker's face. Parker says Nattie is talking behind her back and is surprised Diggs looks up to Nattie. Diggs calls Parker a victim and Parker challenges Diggs to a match next week. The other girls step between them.
Match 2: Romeo Moreno w/Noam Dar -vs- Tristan Angels
Moreno rolls around and tries to distract Angels and then gets him in a waist lock. Angels flips around the ring and tries to break the hold, but Moreno holds on. Angels breaks the hold by getting to the ropes and cheap shots Moreno. Moreno is slammed to the mat and Angels gets slapped. Angels is drop kicked and then chopped in the corner. Angel stomps on Moreno and suplexes him and tries for a pin. Moreno is smacked around in the corner and slammed down with a back breaker. Shiloh Hill walks in the crowd with a Mr. NXT sign. Angels gets distracted and Moreno tosses Angels over the ropes. Moreno flies over the ropes and takes out Angels. Angels is tossed back in the ring, Moreno high fives Hill and hangs out with him in the crowd as we get a break.
Back to the match, Angels drops Moreno with a knee to his gut. Moreno punches Angels and Angels gets rolled up for a near fall. Angels elbows Moreno and gets distracted by Hill again. Angel takes down Moreno and locks him in a single leg crab. Moreno tries for a roll up, Angel rolls through and Moreno rolls through and suplexes Angels. The two trade punches in the middle of the ring. Moreno kicks Angels and takes him down with a couple clotheslines. Angels is kicked in the corner and Moreno hits a top rope missile drop kick and covers Angels for a near fall. Angels kicks Moreno off the top rope and hits a backstabber and covers Moreno for a near fall. Angels kicks Moreno and Moreno kicks Angels back and comes off the top rope with a double stomp to the spine and covers Angels for a near fall. Angels rolls out of the ring and Moreno gets smoked on the apron. Back in the ring, Angels slams Moreno's face into the mat and gets the win.
Winner: Tristan Angels
After the match, Angels calls out Hill and says Hill belongs with the fans and not in the ring. Hill says he outclasses Angels and tells Angel he's being rude. Hill says he's campaigning to be Mr. NXT and the crowd cheers for him to be Mr. NXT and boo the idea of Angel being Mr. NXT. Angels tells Hill he will pay for trying to ruin his debut. Hill laughs at Angels as he leaves.
Lola Vice and Tatum Paxley talk backstage. Vice asks Paxley how she dealt with Izzi Dame. Tony D'Angelo and Myles Borne walk by and D'Angelo tells Borne to keep Tavion Heights out of his way. The four champs talk about being targeted and they all wish each other luck. Naraku comes by and tells D'Angelo that Evil will get him.
Shawn Spears tells Niko Vice he got them a match against OTM next week since they're vulnerable. Vance says that's the same night Izzi Dame takes on Lola Vice for the NXT Women's Championship. Dame comes in and gets upset it's the same night. Spears tells them they can both win on the same night. Vance and Dame agree and Spears leaves. Vance and Dame aren't happy with Spears.
Match 3 - NXT Women's North American Championship Match: Tatum Paxley(c) -vs- Lizzy Rain
We get the bell and the two lock up. Rain is tossed and they get back on their feet. The two lock up again and Paxley gets tossed and they both regroup. The two shake hands and lock up again. Paxley is dropped to the mat in a headlock and the two roll around and trade holds. Rain powers out and gets Paxley on the mat and goes for a quick pin and keeps Paxley in an arm bar. Paxley slams down Rain and works on Rain's arm. Paxley tries for a roll up and Rain breaks the pin. The two trade holds and Rain trips Paxley and they run the ropes. Rain tries to slam Paxley down but Paxley dropkicks Rain out of the ring. Paxley comes out and Rain clocks her, runs back in the ring and then kicks Paxley through the ropes and we cut to a commercial.
We're back, Paxley tries for a Boston Crab and locks it on Rain. Paxley breaks the crab and goes back and puts Rain in another one. Rain crawls to the ropes and Paxley pulls her back into the center of the ring. Rain counters out and rolls out to the apron. Paxley is punched and tries for a suplex but Rain counters it. Rain and Paxley collide with each other with a high cross body and both women are laid out. Kali Armstrong watches the match from the locker room and back in the ring, both women get on their feet. Paxley strikes Rain and Rain elbows Paxley back. The two trade blows and then move to trading chops. Both women hit each other with forearms and then double clothesline each other. Paxley kicks Rain and Rain kicks her back and they trade kicks. Rain clotheslines Paxley to the mat and then tosses Paxley with a suplex. Rain chops Paxley in the corner and hits a jumping Samoan Drop and covers Paxley who kicks out and rolls out of the ring. Rain goes to kick Paxley through the ropes and Paxley kicks her as she comes through the ropes. Back in the ring, Paxley goes for Cemetery Drive but Rain counters and they two headbutt each other. Rain suplexes Paxley but Paxley no sells and gets possessed. Rain hits a flying headbutt sending Paxley outside the ring. Back in the ring, Rain tries for a pin and the two trade pins. Paxley hits Cemetery Drive and gets the win.

After the match, Paxley and Rain embrace. Zaria runs in and spears them both and hits them both with F-5s.
Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair celebrate being bullies and attacking Kelani Jordan from behind with Sinclair's crutch. Sinclair tells Grey she thinks she's weighing Grey down and Grey says they're best friends and that's not it. Robert Stone tells Sinclair she's not cleared to be at ringside and Sinclair says she'll be cleared next week.
Match 4: Keanu Carver -vs- Tate Wilder
Wilder uses his quickness to avoid Carver. Carver catches him and tosses him over the ropes but Wilder flips back over and tries to roll up Carver. Carver punches Wilder and tries to kick Carver down but Carver gets him in a headlock. Wilder and Carver go over the ropes and Wilder hits a springboard Moonsault outside onto Carver. Carver pushes Wilder into the ring post and starts to punch Wilder. Wilder is suplexed from the apron into the ring. Wilder punches Carver and Carver smokes Wilder back. Wilder is choked on the ropes and the clobbered from behind. Carver hits a German Suplex and tosses Wilder across the ring. Wilder is busted open and Carver keeps running into Wilder in the corner. Carver clotheslines Wilder down and Wilder punches Carver back and Carver is kicked. Wilder comes off the top rope with a missile drop kick and then elbows Carver. Carver is taken down with a Slingblade and hits some shoulder tackles. Carver collides with the ring post and Wilder clotheslines Carver out of the ring. Wilder hits a step assisted tornado DDT on the outside and then sends Carver back in the ring. Wilder comes off the top rope and hits a crossbody. Wilder climbs the other turnbuckle and gets knocked down by Carver. Carver throws Wilder and then slams him down and gets the win.

Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes are bugging out backstage. Jackson Drake tells them to not get in their heads and tells them they're the best. Myka Lockwood says she'll handle Osiris Griffin and Cutler James so Baylor and Smokes can focus on Dion Lennox and Saquon Shugars.
Bronco Nima & Lucien Price talk backstage. Shiloh Hill asks them to sign his petition to be Mr. NXT. Hill approaches BirthRight. Arianna Grace says Hill isn't pageant material. Charlie Dempsey asks Hill what this is about and calls Hill embarrassing. Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Uriah Connors and Grace agree. Dempsey challenges Hill to a fight next week.
Sarah Schreiber is in the ring with Kam Hendrix and she asks him what is next for him. Hendrix talks about beating two champions on his debut and says he's ready for Tony D'Angelo and wants to go for the top gold. Mason Rook comes out interrupting Hendrix. Hendrix is hyped to see Rook but Rook doesn't shake his hand. Rook says Hendrix is acting like he is the reason they won but Rook says Hendrix took the win from him. Rook says he's the reason Hendrix is even out here and he'll do Hendrix a favour and he's giving Hendrix a chance to give him credit. Hendrix says no one will remember Rook was even in the match and pats his stomach and calls him "big boy". Rook clotheslines Hendrix and then gets him on his shoulder and flips into the turnbuckles knocking Hendrix out.
Match 5 - NXT Tag Team Championship Match: The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) w/Jackson Drake & Myka Lockwood -vs- DarkState (Dion Lennox & Saquon Shugars) w/Cutler James & Osiris Griffin
Lennox and Shugars attack Baylor and Smokes before the bell. Shugars tosses Smokes into the crowd and in the ring Lennox beats up Baylor and we get the bell. Smokes is tagged in and Lennox gets double teamed. Baylor is tagged back in and Lennox smokes them both and slams down Baylor. Shugars is tagged in and Baylor is double teamed and Shugars tries for a pin. Shugars clobbers Baylor and tags in Lennox. Baylor is taken down and covered for a near fall. Shugars is tagged back in, Baylor is kicked down and Lennox is confused cuz he thought they were going to punch Baylor. Lennox leaves the ring and gets on the apron and Shugars takes down Baylor. Baylor tags out to Smokes and Smokes misses an elbow. Shugars throws Smokes to the mat and collides with him in the corner. Lennox tags himself in and Smokes is double teamed and covered. Smokes kicks out at two and Lennox tags out to Shugars. Smokes is double teamed and Smokes strikes Shugars and gets him in a headlock. Lennox is tagged in and Smokes is slammed to the mat and Lennox throws Shugars onto Smokes. Shugars tags in and Baylor is tagged in. Shugars flips Baylor and trips him and then slingshots Baylor over the ropes. Shugars kicks Baylor through the ropes and Lennox and Shugars punch Smokes in the ring. Smokes is clotheslined over the ropes and we get a commercial.
Back to our Main Event, Shugars is taken down by Baylor and covered for a near fall. Baylor kicks Shugars and then chops him. Smokes is tagged in and he clocks Shugars in the corner. Shugars is kicked and Smokes kicks him to the mat and covers him. Shugars kicks out and tries to tag out and Smokes stops Shugars from tagging out. Baylor is tagged back in and Shugars is kicked and elbowed in the corner. Shugars punches Baylor and punches Smokes. Baylor kicks Shugars and tries to slam into him in the corner but Shugars moves and Baylor takes out Smokes. Shugars rolls out of the ring and Smokes tries to take him out against the barrier and Shugars moves. Back in the ring, Lennox is tagged in and he takes out both Baylor and Smokes and slams them down both. Lennox hits a powerslam and the pin is broken. Shugars is tagged in and Smokes is tagged in. Shugars takes out both Baylor and Smokes and then rolls up Smokes for a near fall. Baylor is tagged in and Lennox is tagged in. Lennox slams down Baylor and Shugars takes out Smokes. Lennox covers Baylor who kicks out at two. James tells Shugars to get on the top rope and Lennox is taken down by Baylor and Smokes. Lennox clotheslines both Baylor and Smokes and Drake gets in Shugars' face. James and Griffin get involved and Lockwood gets in their faces. Lennox beats down Smokes and Shugars tags himself in without Lennox knowing and Lennox goes for the pin after planting Smokes to the mat but he isn't legal and the ref doesn't count the pin. Shugars tries for the pin and Smokes kicks out. Baylor takes out Lennox and Shugars takes out Baylor and Smokes rolls up Shugars and gets the win.
Winners and STILL NXT Tag Team Champions: The Vanity Project
After the match, DarkState argue in the ring. James and Griffin attack Shugars and take him down. Lennox stands back and then joins in and punches Shugars and then spinebusters him. Shugars tries to fight back but Griffin and James take Shugars outside the ring. James and Griffin throw Shugars to Lennox who is now behind the announce desk and Lennox catches Shugars and powerbombs him through the announce desk and we fade to black.
