Ever since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, WWE NXT UK first took a hiatus, then came back after 6 months, but didn't have any fans attend their shows. According to the official Twitter account of WWE UK, fans will be welcomed back to the BT Sports Studio in London, England starting with the Thursday, October 14th episode of the show and will air at 3PM ET on Peacock in the U.S. and on the WWE Network internationally.
Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT would then report that BT Sport and WWE were working hard on trying to get live fans back and that the first episode with fans back in attendance will feature a huge WWE NXT UK Championship Match between Ilja Dragunov and A-Kid in the main event. McCarthy also mentioned that TV Tapings for NXT UK will be held today and tomorrow with “a limited number of guests” being invited to attend and that tickets are not being sold for the tapings.
Fans will have to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result in order to be at the tapings and they are required to wear masks. This will be the first time in 18 months NXT UK will be having fans in attendance during their tapings.
